Web booking through ExpressBooker
SmartMove's web booking system, ExpressBooker, allows customers an unprecedented level of control.
Unlike other booking forms, the customer does not just fill in a form, click the send button, and hope for the best. The SmartMove software allows the customer to create a booking, modify or cancel that booking, and view the status of the booking in real time.
So the customer is able to monitor their job as it progresses from the queue to dispatch. SmartMove's ExpressBooker is designed for regular customers and corporate clients, and requires the customer to have Java* installed on their computer.
