- Jobs are allocated to taxis automatically as soon as vehicles become available. This reduces turn-around time and removes the need to return to a rank. For fleets that convert from a manual dispatch system, drivers rouintely complete 1 to 2 more jobs per hour when it is busy.
- Job allocation depends on the position of each taxi, resulting in reduced pick-up times for customers, a decrease in dead kilometres and less car wear and tear.
- All communication is digital and silent, thus protecting privacy.
- The touch screen interface is very easy to use, and requires very little input, reducing OH&S issues.
