Web Booking

SmartMove's Web Booking system allows the customer an unprecedented level of control. Unlike other booking forms, the customer does not just fill in a form, click the send button, and hope for the best. Instead, the SmartMove software allows the customer to not just create a booking, but to modify or cancel that booking, as well as to view the status of the booking in real time. The customer is thus able to monitor their job as it progresses from the queue to dispatch. SmartMove's Web Booking system is designed for regular customers and corporate clients, and requires the customer to have Java installed on their computer (a program also required for all online banking).
