System Features

Jobs are allocated to taxis automatically as soon as vehicles become available. This reduces turn-around time and removes the need to return to a rank;

Job allocation depends on the position of each taxi , resulting in reduced pick-up times for customers, a decrease in dead kilometres and less car wear and tear;

All communication is digital and silent, thus protecting privacy;

The touch screen interface is very easy to use, and requires very little input, reducing OH&S issues;

Taxis are tracked in real-time and displayed on a map;

The dispatch software provides detailed reports on taxi activity and customers;

Meter on/off status is reported back to base in real-time. Cars become eligible for another job as soon as the meter is switched off.

SMS (mobile phone text messaging) booking;

Web booking allows approved users to make and modify their own taxi bookings and check on the status of their booking;

Integration with PABX systems, including caller ID;

Management of account customers, including the production of tax invoices.
