December 2007 SmartMove installed in the first metropolitan fleet in Perth.

November 2007 SmartMove reaches the milestone of over 300 cars Australia-wide.

July 2007 WaveOn identified as the new platform for high reliability dispatch.

November 2006 SmartMove launches a new web booking service that allows customers to view the status of their booking in real time, and the power to modify or cancel their booking even after the job has been dispatched to a driver.

February 2006 The SmartMove Dispatch System undergoes another technology upgrade, with a 7" touch screen replacing the PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) as the driver interface.

September 2005 SmartMove is installed in Active Taxis, Colac, Victoria.

April 2005 Bathurst and Dubbo switch from radio dispatch to the SmartMove system; Orange, Dubbo and Bathurst all operate from the Orange Call Centre.

March 2005 Orange Taxis switch from radio dispatch to the SmartMove system. Installation begins in Bathurst and Dubbo.

February 2005 Installation in Orange begins.

November 2004 CellTrack Systems and Prolificx Electronic Solutions form a working relationship, culminating in use of the TrakPod in-car telematics unit.

April 2004 The SmartMove system is demonstrated at the National Taxi Convention at Sydney's StarCity, via an online link with Horsham Taxis. Jobs are entered in the SmartMove booking software at the SmartMove stand, dispatched over the internet to taxis in Horsham, and jobs are tracked in real-time on current maps

October 2003 Trial of the SmartMove system begins in Horsham, with the co-operation of Horsham Taxis (owned and run by Andrew and Andrea Kuhne).
